Tuesday morning 10am - 12 noon
Tuesday evening 7 - 9 pm
Wednesday morning 10am - 12 noon
Friday morning 10am - 3pm
Saturday morning 10am -12 noon

An answering service will be in operation when the phones are not manned. The appointment coordinators hold diaries for all the counsellors and will make contact with you normally within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time for your counselling session.
