The Relationship Helpline offers you an alternative to sleepless nights, long miserable days playing the same problems around in your head and those drained, angry or stressed feelings.

The Relationship Helpine offers a warm human voice, providing experienced, confidential support to help you talk through your problems and worries. We all know that relationships are not always easy and it can be good to talk. It's even better to have someone listen to you and on The Relationship Helpline we can.

An immediate response to coping with your relationship difficulties, crises and concerns is just a phone call away.

For almost 50 years SMC has provided counselling services across Scotland. With this relationship counselling experience we can provide the reassurance and support that can help you to face your struggles.
